If you’re assigned female at birth, but your gender is male. Let’s say he goes through HRT to correct this. Afterwards, he scraps up the money to get corrective surgery.

Everything goes absolutely perfectly!

So much that he can pass just as well anyone who was assigned male at birth!

Years go by, and his sexuality or attraction is to those that are female.

They successfully and completely transitioned to this new lifestyle with zero complications.

He wanted nothing more than to be a cisgendered individual.

After oh so many years, could they call themselves cisgendered at this point?
