Way to totally and outright ignore the heart of the message about it being okay to be who you are, and instead tear into people for trying to be loving and caring of their fellow human beings simply because they failed to include the entire picture.

Maybe you could try, y’know, adding onto said message to be more clear, inclusive, and educational for the benefit of opening a dialogue and helping others learn more about positions they aren’t otherwise capable of understanding? But maybe that’s just me who thinks that shooting down people who are just trying to be a good human being, instead of helping them, is a bad thing.

This seems to bee the problem, we as a society desperately want to hold on to our social identity in an increasingly integrated environment that we are willing to damage any bridges that we come across. Are we there yet? Absolutely not, but we’re closer than we’ve ever been. Once again, integrating is certainly a group effort, and will require everyone of every backstory to help create.
