Like, the only time I stumble across good sounds in a synth is just by fucking around. I don’t ACTUALLY know what I’m doing.
Mixing and Mastering in a Stereo field.
I honestly believe that mastering a track doesn’t guarantee improvement in every track that comes along. I also believe that a stereo field is a really silly idea, but that might just be that I’m naturally unbalanced when it comes to stereo.
Even after a year of learning, I would not write or mix Up Her Sleeve in any other way. Unmastered and Mono, It still remains to be my most popular track, and one of my favourites of all time.
