See, the thing about those is that they're false paradoxes. If you say yes, you're in a paradox as you then need to ignore it. But if you refuse to ignore it, you are giving it attention which is going against the wish of the original statement. Ultimately the goal is for you to ignore the message, which can only be achieved by acknowledging it. But if you refuse to ignore it, you can still acknowledge it, which immediately negates ignoring it.
