(Request) Decibel and M.A. Larson by ~Mattatatta


Happy belated birthday HeyLasFas!


Decided to take on a challenge and draw LasFas and Larson’s OCs shooting marshmallows with slingshots. Of course, Mic the Microphone’s OC was supposed to be on the receiving end of it, but I plum forgot.


To compensate, I made sure this drawing carried some sort of coolness with it. I jokingly referred to the sketch of this as “Marshmallow Warriors™” and was later inspired by how that makes it sound like a game. I’ll spare the puns and leave it at that.


And yeah, I totally borrowed the style of a certain game’s splash art, while only making about 10% of the effort and gaining only 10% of the effect - I needed a quick background. The game’s name shall not be uttered here because it’s a sore subject to me (seriously, don’t mention it).


All in all, I had a fun time drawing this, though I’m not sure of Larson’s Cutie Mark, nor do I know what his pony’s name actually is. I just worked with what references I had. Decibel is an Alicorn because M.A.Larson said so. Seriously, go ask HeyLasFas.
