Anon, love, what they don’t tell you is that you don’t get over the times in middle school. I still remember every failed social interaction from middle school onward.
The closer to heart the longer lasts the burn. Use it. In either some creative or artistic regard or as a cautious reminder how much things will matter to you years after they pass.
